Currently, customers migrated from our old support system are unable to view their bandwidth charts. This is a known issue.
Due to the complexity of migrating our existing support infrastructure, the process is being done in discrete stages. We are in the process of migrating the bandwidth charts to the new system, and currently expect this to be completed some time during the first quarter of 2018.
